There
are four main sections:
- FAQs - this section is currently under construction
and will be updated to include FAQs about the
practical implementation of hospitality-related
legislation
- Links
and Documents - general information that may
be of use to anyone in a business that has to
comply with food hygiene, food safety and licensing
legislation.
- Useful
Contacts - these are people or organisations
that Tkm has worked with and are able to provide
advice and support in addition to information
for those needing to comply with legislation.
- Materials - some materials to help with compliance are
available from Tkm and details, including prices
where applicable, are shown in this section.
Each main section has two sub-sections: licensing
and food hygiene, safety (HACCP) and health.
