be trained in food hygiene to a level commensurate
with their responsibilities. The REHIS Elementary
Food Hygiene

requirements and is ideal for general food handlers
in a wide
variety of businesses in the food industry. The

for managers and supervisors, including chefs,
with the e-learning package providing flexibility

safety legislation makes it a legal requirement
for all food businesses (except primary producers)
to put in place, implement and maintain a permanent
procedure or procedures based on food safety
management (HACCP) principles. The REHIS Introduction
