Tkm is managed and run by Liz Taylor, who has over 20 years in the hospitality industry together with experience managing the practical implementation of compliance with relevant business legislation. This, combined with a background of training, and knowledge and information management, ensures that consultancy and training services provided by Tkm are designed to be of maximum benefit to businesses.

Liz is a qualified project manager, has an MSc in Knowledge Management Systems and in Education and Training Management, and is an associate member of the Institute of Business Consulting. Her hospitality qualifications include an Advanced Food Hygiene Diploma, Certificate in Advanced HACCP, and a Diploma in Nutrition. She is a Member of the Institute of Hospitality and is currently a personal licence holder under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.

Liz has published two books on the topics of managing knowledge around business processes and complying with freedom of information legislation, available from Chandos Publishing.

Tkm is a registered centre to provide qualifications for the Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland (REHIS), British Institute for Innkeeping Awarding Body (BIIAB), and Wines and Spirits Educational Trust (WSET).
