Tkm offers a range of qualifications for the hospitality and food and drink industry, as well as bespoke training programmes and consultancy.

Areas of training and consultancy include alcohol licensing, food hygiene, HACCP (including CookSafe), food and health and control of infection.

We also offer courses and packages that can be tailored to your learning and business needs.
